Effective 14 September 2026.
These terms govern your use of SEODomain at seodomain.io (the "Service"), operated by SEODomain ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a membership you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
SEODomain is a members' marketplace of expired and aged domains. Each listing shows its domain rating, backlinks, referring domains, age and asking price. The domain name, the Ahrefs report and the purchase link stay masked until the listing is unlocked for your account.
The membership buys access to the marketplace. It does not include any domain. Domains are bought separately, at the price shown on each listing, from the registrar or broker holding them.
A new account receives a one-time demo: one listing unlocked for good and one offer sent to our brokers. The demo is granted once per account, does not refill and is not a plan. Opening further accounts to collect more demos is not allowed.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage membership"). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Membership payments are final. The only cases in which a charge is returned, and how to claim within 14 days, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious, we will first contact you and give you a chance to fix it.
We send e-mails needed to run your account: address verification, password resets, payment and membership notices. Members can also receive an alert when a new domain is listed; this can be switched off in the dashboard or through the unsubscribe link in each alert.
The Service, its design, texts and the compilation of the catalogue belong to us. Third-party names and marks (including Ahrefs) belong to their owners and are used only to describe data.
The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
We may update these terms. The version in force is always on this page, with its effective date. Material changes are announced by e-mail to members before they apply.
Questions about these terms: [email protected]. Privacy questions are covered by our Privacy Policy.
Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.
