In force from October 14, 2026
A Broker membership payment to SEODomain is not returned once taken, apart from the three situations listed under section 4. Read this together with our Terms of Service, of which it is a part.
This policy covers the Broker membership, billed at 49 USD a month or 294 USD a year. It does not cover the price of a domain itself. An offer sent through SEODomain is an expression of interest, and the payment for a domain is made to, and governed by, the seller, broker or registrar who completes the sale.
The membership pays for a period of access: unmasked listings with their metrics, offers to our brokers and new listing alerts. That access is switched on in full when the period starts. It does not depend on how many listings you open or how many offers you send, so the fee is the same whether you browse every day or not at all.
Every new account gets a one-time demo with one listing unlocked for good and one offer to our brokers, which shows exactly what membership opens before you pay. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the membership immediately and you accept that any statutory withdrawal right or cooling-off period ends at that moment.
We return a charge only if one of these applies and our records support it.
Charged twice. Our billing took two payments for the same membership period.
Card used without your consent. You report it to us within 14 days of the charge, and the evidence held by us and by our payment operator confirms it. We may ask you to confirm that you have also told your card issuer.
Service down entirely. A confirmed fault on our side left SEODomain unusable for a continuous period, you told us while it was happening, and we could not resolve it. Slow pages, a missing metric on one listing, or a problem with your own device or connection are not total failure.
Any refund is capped at what you paid for the period concerned, goes only to the card that was charged, and is the full extent of our liability for it. Granting one refund does not entitle you to another.
Write to [email protected] from your account e-mail address within 14 days of the charge, naming the charge and the exception you rely on. Claims outside that window, or from an address not linked to the account, are not reviewed. We handle claims in order of arrival and do not reopen a declined claim.
Cancel at any time from your dashboard under "Manage membership". No further renewal is charged after that, and your membership stays active until the end of the period already paid. The remainder of that period is not paid back in part.
Each renewal starts a new period, and its fee is due from the first day. If your card declines, the fee remains due and we try again. A cancellation made after a period has started applies to the periods after it, so that period's charge stands, even if it is collected some days late.
For every membership we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the Terms, the confirmation e-mail, renewal notices and an activity log covering sign-ins, unlocked listings and offers sent. Our payment operator holds its own record of each charge, including the card's country of issue and the outcome of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims are decided against these records.
Contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A chargeback raised without doing so breaches our Terms. We provide the records above to the card issuer and close the account permanently.
Memberships paid before October 14, 2026 stay under the terms in force on the date they were paid.
